I don't know how to live stream the videos - so one way to view is to use VLC and the Firefox Browser. If you have VLC, and can use Firefox then double tap on the video file name having navigated to the address using FF. A pop up box should be seen with the 'Open With' request. aks for VLC. The file will download - a few minutes and automatically play - at least that's the theory.
This probably won't work with other browsers. So download and then play - again VLC is probably the best to use as it will work. I do not know about other media players.
